What items do I need to prevent in order to preserve my wrought iron and wood fencing?

How long does it take for a request for an estimate to be answered?
All of our requests for an estimate are answered within 2 business days.
How long will it take to start?
This generally depends on the current workload, but under normal circumstances, it takes 5-10 working days after receiving a 50% deposit. At least 2 of these days are needed to acquire locates on the property. It is against the law for us to dig anywhere without locates being done.
How long will it take to complete the job?
Generally on a wood or chain link project, it will take approximately two days per 150 feet of fence. (Excluding any tear down and haul away of existing fence that may be necessary. On wrought iron fence allow approximately 2 weeks from the time the posts are set for the fence panels to be cut, jigged, fabricated, power-washed, and coated. (custom wrought iron or custom colors can cause this time frame to be much greater, due to the extra time needed to allocate custom products that we may not have in stock).
What is the property owner responsible for?
The property owner is responsible for locating the property lines and stakes. Owner’s sprinkler lines must also be identified and marked prior to digging the holes for the fence.
How much will it cost?
A “rough” estimate may be acquired over the phone based on the information you give us, but there are many different conditions that play a part in the actual cost of the fence; therefore, a jobsite visit will be required to give you an exact price.
